THE CHALLENGE

Their previous event diagram system was limited to 2D meeting room layouts, which limited their ability to provide room layout options and showcase the versatility of their event spaces.
They were sending photos back and forth in email for upsells and equipment presentations.
During the pandemic site inspections could only be done remotely, and floor planning needed to accommodate appropriate social distancing.
