SAN FRANCISCO, 23 February 2021 — Kassel Kongress Palais has added a new virtual planning tool to its portfolio
The Kassel Kongress Palais has added a new virtual planning tool to its portfolio, with which customers can move through the halls of the building at the click of a mouse and experience the design of their event in advance, including seating, event technology and trade fair construction, in realistic 3D quality. In doing so, they are expanding their service for event planners to enable them to prepare their events conveniently, web-based.
Together with the project manager, the customer discusses the key data of the planned event – from the space requirements to the furnishings and other equipment and design elements. On this basis, the event is set up virtually in a 3D model. The result is immediately available to the planner on his individual offer website. The 3D visualization is realized with the help of “Prismm”, a cloud-based platform for collaborative event planning, which can be accessed by all participants if necessary.
“Whether it’s different seating options or the visualisation of trade fair stands: From now on, our customers can get an even better picture of the planned event in the truest sense of the word,” says Oliver Höppner, Head of Division at Kassel Marketing and responsible for the Kongress Palais. He adds: “With our individual offer website and the new virtual planning tool, we offer our customers a strong overall package for efficient and convenient event planning.”
