Simple Releventful connection
Getting started is effortless. In Releventful, navigate to the Event Info tab and locate the Floor Plans section. If your Prismm account isn’t connected, a prompt will guide you to link it. Once connected, you can:
- Search and import existing Prismm events by year.
- Create new events in Prismm, specifying guest counts and event types, all synced seamlessly to Releventful.
This integration ensures your Prismm floor plans are instantly accessible within Releventful for easy management.

- Planning To-Dos: Share floor plans via Releventful’s client portal or mobile apps (iOS and Android), making them accessible within clients’ planning tasks.
- Invoice/Proposal Integration: Embed Prismm floor plans directly into financial documents for a unified client experience.
Powerful invoicing and proposal features
Prismm’s floor plans integrate beautifully with Releventful’s invoicing and proposal tools, offering two dynamic options:
- Line Item Invoice/Proposal: Releventful’s Quick-Close Invoicing system combines proposals, contracts, payments, and invoices into one streamlined workflow. Clients can view Prismm floor plans within the invoice preview for a cohesive experience.
- Client Cart Proposal: This visually stunning option mimics a shopping cart, letting clients select items and view Prismm floor plans alongside other design elements via a drag-and-drop interface. It’s ideal for crafting tailored, professional proposals that flow seamlessly into contracts and invoicing.
