Job Description: As the Product Manager for Data and Analytics at Prismm, you embody a visionary leadership role, steering the journey of new products from conceptualization to triumphant launch. In this pivotal position, your collaborative efforts with engineers and designers are instrumental in maximizing each product’s impact on the market. 

Your focus on harnessing complex data sets to inform decision-making is paramount, and you play a pivotal role in crafting data-driven products that deeply resonate with our users. Your unique ability to weave compelling narratives from data, coupled with your hands-on involvement in both data and product development, ensures the delivery of innovative solutions precisely tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and coordinate product management activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with development and design teams to advance product features and functionalities.
  • Manage data-related projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Analyze data tables, ask insightful questions, and use data to inform decision-making.
  • Create visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate data stories to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product development processes. 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in product management in a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data.
  • Experience in creating data visualizations and storytelling.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in Agile processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a team and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. 

Advantages: 

  • Previous experience working with Segment and Salesforce.
  • Experience in a SaaS B2B2C company.
  • Experience in developing or managing desktop web applications.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data analysis tools.
