Product Manager (Long Maternity Leave Cover)

Role Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract for 7 months (with an optional extension to a full-time position). As a Product Manager at Prismm, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our digital twin platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our users in planning, designing, and visualizing spaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver product features that align with our company vision and customer requirements.

We are also undergoing a significant platform redesign, and as a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing this transformation. This position will involve leading the product and the entire product team through key development phases, including alpha and beta testing, implementing user feedback, and rolling out the final product. Additionally, you will drive the early-stage development and integration of new AI-powered features that enhance our platform’s functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the product vision and roadmap for Prismm’s platform redesign, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development, from ideation to release.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all product-related communication, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed on progress, timelines, and any changes to the product strategy.
• Product Launch: Oversee product launches, working with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful adoption of new features and updates.
• Feedback Implementation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback from users and internal stakeholders, ensuring the platform meets quality standards and enhances user experience.
• AI Feature Development: Take ownership of early-stage AI features, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to define requirements and ensure seamless integration with the platform.
• Rollout Management: Actively participate in the platform’s rollout, working with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth launch and successful adoption of new features.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of proven experience in product management, ideally within SaaS or technology-driven platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing the full product lifecycle.
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with platform redesigns and user feedback implementation is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of spatial technology, digital twins, or space design software is a significant advantage.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
